Aleesha Young has established herself as a top female bodybuilder professional in the final quarter of the decade. Aleesha Young was born in 1984 to an athletic family. Her dad was an athlete Aleesha's siblings were involved in sports such as ice hockey. Aleesha had played sports before, such as basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha was given her professional license after winning at the NPC USA Championships 2014 She started competing in 2008. In 2014, the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro took place with a 9th-place finish. In 2015, she placed 9th. Aleesha was 6th place in both 2015 and 2016 in her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. As she continued to improve, Aleesha won her first professional show in 2019 when she won her first title at the Chicago Pro Championships. In 2020, the bodybuilder had her most impressive WOS Rising Phoenix performance, in which she finished fourth. The "World's most powerful mother" was able to take a break from bodybuilding due to issues with her health.
